Head of Programs
Camille joined Resolve in its early days because she is a firm believer in community empowerment and that the key to social change is in helping others to help themselves and see their own agency. It was also around this time that she moved to Hong Kong from Cambodia, and her work with Resolve helped her better understand her new home in all its diversity. At Resolve, Camille develops and executes the signature fellowship program as well as the alumni engagement program, supporting the Resolve community to effect positive social change. With the support of the programs team, she manages the impact and the progress of the programs, conducts best practices research on community empowerment and human rights education, and secures sponsorship and grants to ensure the sustainable implementation of programs. Previously she worked at Handicap International’s Cambodia & Thailand Regional Program, the Cambodian Center for Independent Media, and ActionAid France amongst others. Camille graduated with a Master's in International Organizations from the French Institute for Political Studies (Science Po). She is a mom of two kids, and occasionally writes pieces on women’s rights and empowerment for various online media.
