Ha Jin Park

Non-profit Management Spring 2019 Intern

Ha Jin joined Resolve because she is passionate about social justice and the work Resolve does to create a more equal and inclusive Hong Kong. After living abroad in Boston where she was exposed to conversations about societal issues, she became more aware of the social injustices in Hong Kong and felt a personal responsibility and calling to serve, improve, and learn more about this city she calls home. At Resolve, she assists with updating and creating content for the website and newsletter, coordinating and implementing activities related to the organization’s operations, and keeping track of media work and opportunities. Ha Jin received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Wellesley College where she organized voter registration drives to increase political participation and co-founded the Asian American Studies Initiative, a student movement seeking to improve ethnic studies and provide a voice to minorities on campus. She will be starting law school this fall and envisions to use the law to protect and promote equality. Ha Jin is also a Legal Fellow at Justice Without Borders, a missions volunteer at The Vine Church, and a bibliophile.
