Timothy has long been passionate about improving the well-being of the underprivileged through empowerment and joined the organization because he saw how Resolve positively impacts Hong Kong society by fostering change-makers. At Resolve, Timothy supports the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the fellowship and alumni programs, and keeps abreast of relevant policy developments and human rights education best practices. He also assists the Head of Programs to scout and develop collaboration opportunities with external stakeholders, and secure in-kind sponsorships and grants. Prior to joining Resolve, he worked at Good Lab on the Jockey Club YouthCreate Series to bring service innovation to Youth Centres and served as a United Nations Volunteer in Poverty Reduction at UNDP Lao PDR. Timothy received a Bachelor of Social Science in Government and Public Administration with a minor in Anthropology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. During his free time, he volunteers at the Agency for Volunteer Service to plan and manage a Laos-Hong Kong youth exchange program and enjoys photography, reading about politics and culture, and backpacking.
